Our teachers

Whatever the rapid changes in the world, where each day brings new challenges, the role of the teacher in the life of the school and of each individual cannot be overestimated.

An RSA teacher is a person of peace:

  • opened to the child and motivated to design, together with the student, the best individual development strategy for him or her,
  • creating a living environment and helping the child to understand and acknowledge him/herself and others,
  • interacting through two-way feedback and constructive dialogue.

An RSA teacher is an expert, a mentor, a discussion moderator and facilitator, a tutor, a creator and a designer of the educational process - someone who, alongside the student, is continually developing himself or herself, providing guidance and direction rather than building rigid systems of pressure and authority.

Our teachers are focused on:

  • Developing students' learning autonomy and research competencies,
  • Encouraging the ability to rethink their own experiences and ways of interacting with information/situation,
  • People with a global mindset, who think big, share a multicultural philosophy, take initiative and responsibility, and are willing to act,
  • Creating the conditions and environment for each child's talents and natural aptitudes to be clarified,
  • Commitment to setting creative goals and the ability to adequately evaluate the results,
  • Commitment to lifelong learning - our teachers are always learning themselves!
