Russian Schools Abroad is a network of unique MGIMO schools outside Russia founded by the University since 2021 within the framework of the "Russian Schools Abroad" project of the Priority-2030 state programme. The project aims to open at least 15 schools by 2030.

The project is based on the "gold standard" of quality: nurturing talents of every student, advanced digital technologies, the highest mentoring competencies, diverse educational programmes, and state-approved certification

Russian Schools Abroad are the promoters of the Russian language and Russian culture abroad.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Russian Schools Abroad are drivers of MGIMO's educational ecosystem of schools. They are not just educational institutions, they are a communication platform, integrators for crystallizing advanced educational methodologies for those who think or want to think in Russian. The project is implemented within the framework of the state programme "Priority-2030", which provides an opportunity to generate new scientific knowledge, including the field of school pedagogy, and then share this knowledge.

The varied and rich experience of the framework and place of learning is largely responsible for the development of mass participation systems. It should not be forgotten, however, that the strengthening and development of the framework requires the definition and clarification of the positions taken by the participants with regard to the tasks at hand.

Thus, continuous outreach requires that mass participation systems are defined and refined.

Training formats

The day-to-day practice shows that the scope and location of the training require the identification and clarification of the essential financial and administrative conditions.

Classes

On the other hand, consultation with a wide range of actors promotes the preparation and implementation of mass participation systems. On the other hand, the implementation of the planned targets allows important tasks for the development of substantive financial and administrative conditions.

I want to say a big thanks. We have had two lessons with Andrei Nikolaevich, but I am already interested in the subject. He explains clearly and understandably, without inserting unnecessary information. While we sat through the first lesson, I learned a lot about power, forms of government, etc. He really instils an interest in the lesson. The whole two lessons I wanted to learn more and more. Thank you for your love of the subject.

My opinion about the MGIMO classes: The course itself is surprising with its dual diploma programme and consequently the teaching of both programmes. This immediately suggests that studying will not be easy, because the student has to master the Russian programme, of which he or she has no idea. I was faced with a challenge, but nevertheless, we managed it. The competent teaching staff helps a lot. They give you the essentials and help you get your bearings in the subject and set your priorities.

The teachers at International House Lyceum are the best! I am grateful to each teacher for their invaluable work! I would like to express my gratitude to all my classmates! In 2 years we have become close to each other, we have built a real Lyceum family! In 2021, thanks to our Lyceum, I entered universities such as: UMAD, MGIMO and HSE. I am sure that the knowledge I received at the Lyceum will help me in my future career!

Studying at MGIMO on a dual degree programme, I was able to obtain a high quality overseas education in my home country. The curriculum of MGIMO classes is systematic and well developed. MGIMO classes can certainly be considered as classes of the future, where there are simultaneously high demands, discipline, culture, as well as the highest professionalism of the teaching staff, which allows to consider these classes as one of the best in our country.

Feedback on Andrei Nikolaevich's class. I liked his classes very much. I learned a lot of new and interesting things, even though originally I thought social studies was something completely unnecessary.
Andrei Nikolaevich is a great professional, listening to him is very interesting and, most importantly, enjoyable. At his lessons there is always a pleasant atmosphere, it is unlike any other subject, so I really liked it.
