The first graduation is the result of the successful work of teachers and students since September 2020. During 2 years of studies under the guidance of researchers of the Interfaculty Department of Educational Systems and Educational Technologies of MGIMO and with the participation of experienced practitioners from the University's secondary school ecosystem, students have studied a wide range of issues in the field of education, including the history of educational thought, lesson design, educational programmes and educational environment, formative assessment and evaluation of key competences, project activities, age psychology and inclusive techniques, and most importantly - have acquired new, research-based in their own pedagogical practice.

Among the first graduates of the Master's programme is teacher of the Russian Schools Abroad N. Soina: "The Master's programme gave a lot of practical tools. The relationship with students has changed. It turned out that feedback is really an effective tool, which allows you to build a warm relationship with your students, increasing the quality of the educational process. The children feel freer, calmer, more willing to try and discover new things, they begin to see their teacher in a different way. This and other tools that we studied are absolutely universal world practices, which have proved their effectiveness. And I am glad that I can not only use them in my own class, but also share them with my colleagues at Russian Schools Abroad."

Due to the demand for the Master's programme and the high involvement, feedback from student teachers and partner schools, the idea arose to launch a new - part-time - format of this programme in order to make it available to RSA teams abroad.

Marina A. Pinskaya, Academic Supervisor of the Master's programme and Scientific Adviser of the RSA project that is a part of the Priority 2030 state programme, worked out 16 work programmes for the part-time MA, including such key disciplines as Instructional Design, Educational Environment, Educational Programme Design and Modern Lesson, Best practices in Russia and Abroad, Assessment in Classroom, Leadership and Social Projects in Education.
