The course aims at developing the "subject tutoring" competence of a teacher based on the principle of individualisation. How can teachers understand the student's personal needs in a subject, identify outcomes and shape an individual learning path according to the student's personal demands and educational agenda? Overall, the course promotes tutorial competence as an integral one for a teacher to share his/her experience and to become a meaningful adult for the student, and thus create a platform for deepening into the subject area.
The total duration – 32 academic hours.
The conditions for admission – higher or incomplete higher education.
Form of training – distance learning with the use of distance educational technologies.
Document to be issued – students who have successfully completed the programme and passed the final attestation will be issued a certificate of advanced training of MGIMO in the established form.
