On November, 1, the RSA project started the regular advanced training course by the Interfaculty Department of Educational Systems and Pedagogical Technologies of MGIMO. It is carried out for Russian teachers abroad within the framework of the "Russian Schools Abroad" Strategic Project of the Priority 2030 state programme.

On October 14, 2022 a round table “RussianSchools Abroad as a Global Network Project of the Multipolar World” of the track “Pre-University. Working with Talented Applicants" took place. The event was held within the frameworks of the PriorityFest x RISA XIV of the RAMI Convention's Festival of Best Practices in Priority 2030 programmes.

The XIV Congress of the Russian Association of International Studies was held in Moscow. The forum session was moderated by Nadezhda Plotnikova, Director of Development at FederalPress Media Holding. On September 11-17, 2022 educational intensives of the orientation module of MGIMO Lyceum classes for students in grades 8-11 of the RSA project partner school in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) took place. Russian school Abroad project is implemented within the framework of the Priority 2030 strategic development programme. Thus, the second school of the RSA project was launched in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The first MGIMO RSA School opened in Tashkent on 5 September. The education centre is organized in the format of lyceum classes for children from 15 years old.

In 2022, the MGIMO development programme, implemented, in particular, through the Russian Schools Abroad strategic project, pays special attention is paid to professional development of the staff of the University's structural divisions, that is, teachers from Gorchakov Lyceum who work actively with MGIMO's partner schools within the framework of the RSA project.

In June 2022, 65 students from the partner programme of MGIMO's Gorchakov Lyceum with academic lyceums International House Tashkent and UMED received dual diplomas of education. The Uzbek students took their USEs at an examination centre opened at MGIMO's Tashkent branch.

On 14 June the University hosted a working meeting with representatives of the Nazmi Arikan "Özel Nazmi Arikan Fen Bilimleri Eğitim Kurumlari" private science and education institution network in Turkey. The conversation focused on the opening of a RSA school of MGIMO school project in Turkey and expanding cooperation in the field of education. The idea is implemented within the framework of the "Russian Schools Abroad" strategic project of the "Priority 2030" state programme to support Russian universities.

On November 2, MGIMO Vice-Rectors A.V. Malgin and R.I. Kotov visited Bishkek. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed at the end of the visit, setting out plans to launch two Russian Schools Abroad in Bishkek and Karakol.
